What if I need to change my order?

We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. The best way to change or cancel an order is to send us a note to support@bullandstash.com.

What's the status of my order?

To check on the status of an order, please use our "order status" form. We have a person behind the scenes who will manually check on your order and send you a confirmation. Her name is Lucy, and she is wonderful and will get back to you with a status as soon as humanly possible.

Where is my order?

For all shipped packages, we send the tracking number in an email. If you want to change the address or simply learn the whereabouts of your order once it has shipped you can contact the carrier.

Shipping, returns, and exchanges

When can I expect my order?

The processing time depends on several things: the type of order, where you are located, and when you place it.

Generally, here's what you can expect:

  • West coast: 3-4 business days
  • Midwest: 5-7 business days
  • East coast: 5-10 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/DPO sites: 2-4 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

For now, we only ship to the US. If you're looking to order products from elsewhere around the world, we’ve found that comGateway offers an effective workaround.

Please note: Because comGateway is a third-party forwarder, shipping with them is at your own risk. We are not responsible for shipments lost after delivery to your forwarding address.

If you require assistance locating a package after we’ve handed it off to comGateway, please contact their support team. We also do not cover the cost of return shipping internationally.

What is your return policy?

All purchases may be returned within 60 days. The products must be unused and undamaged. For returns to credit cards we deduct $6 to cover shipping and restocking. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

What if my items are damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact support@bullandstash.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you!

When can I expect my refund?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund. We’ll send an email once the returned item(s) have been received your refund has been processed.

What does shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate of $6 for all orders.

 

 

Replacements

The screws in my notebook have broken, what do I do?

This can happen on occasion, especially after heavy daily use over an extended time. We understand this problem all too well and we are happy to provide a new screw set at no cost. You can add them to your cart via our replacements page.

The paper backer in my notebook has also worn out, can I get that replaced as well?

Of course — just select your notebook model below and add a new backer to your next order for no charge.

Product care

Leather conditioning

Condition your notebook cover regularly to ensure soft and supple leather. We recommend once quarterly.

How to:

  1. Apply leather solution, or other any natural based household oil (we recommend olive oil).
  2. Using a soft cloth, apply approximately 1oz. of the solution, rubbing in equally over the smooth exterior leather surface.
  3. Allow to dry for at least 6 hours away from sunlight.

Cleaning your leather

Even the best leather will dry and crack over time. To keep your leather looking tip-top, follow our cleaning tips below:

We recommend you clean your leather once quarerly.

  1. Dampen a soft cloth with warm water.
  2. Using a circular motion, carefully clean the leather.
  3. Allow to dry for at least 6 hours away from sunlight.
  4. Before the leather fully dries, rub Saddle Oil evenly accross the smooth exterior leather surface.
  5. Allow leather to finish drying.

Removing scratches

How to reduce scratches:

-Quality leather absorbes grease and oils into it's pores.
-Using the oils from your hands, bend and work the spot back and forth over the scratch and marks.
-Continue as needed, the scratch will disappear as oils are redistributed across the leather over time.
