What we're looking for:

• Able to juggle multiple tasks and quickly adapt
• Minimum 3-days a week availability

Role & Responsibility:
• Customer-facing service every day
• Field customer questions – most commonly our products, the brand’s story, our online shopping experience, and order updates and tracking.
• Process returns and exchanges
• Provide exceptional product knowledge
• Proactively improve customer environment and experiences with the brand
• Shadow our online brand values continue consistent voice and transparent service
• Listen to customers’ feedback and share with your manager – this is an experimental space so every comment helps
• Occasionally help craft customer facing newsletters
